Shipping policy

Southern Soapworks accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Clanton AL. via USPS. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and follow the standard methods available by USPS. Standard processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. Transit times will vary depending on location. It is usually within 1-5 days for domestic shipping.

Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time.

Lost or Stolen Packages 
If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the lost package to USPS. If the package is declared as stolen, you must report the package as stolen to your local police department. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is lost via the US Postal Service, please let us know and we can launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available. 

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Packages 
If you receive a damaged package, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation to report any damages to your product. We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for damaged packages. We will handle filing a claim on your behalf and if we feel this was a packaging mistake on our end, we will gladly reship the damaged products free of charge.  Please contact us at Dana@southernsoapworks.com if you have any issues!
